Eating habits also has to do a lot on the shade of the teeth. You must always have lots of green vegetable and fruits in your diet to have a healthy teeth and gums. Eating fruits like strawberry and apple helps you to remove the plaque from the gaps of the teeth and it also helps to remove the stains too. Make sure that you are including the hard cheese in your diet, as it helps to neutralize the affect of the acid and helps keep tooth decay at bay.
